Southworth Developments Ltd was formed in 2005 after 25 years of trading as Southworth Builders.

We are a small Family Business that has been involved in the building and construction industry for well over 25 years.
Based on Anglesey, North Wales we undertake all aspects of building and property maintenance and improvements, throughout the North Wales Area.
Our team of highly skilled craftsmen will ensure our customers get the top class personal service they expect from a family run business, with no job too small or too demanding.

New windows supplied and fitted upvc, softwood, hardwood.
All aspects of plastering external K-rend, lime render, pebbledash,
bespoke finishes.
Internal damproofing, mortar plaster, dry line boarding with skim finishes. Painting and decorating, etc.
Extensions and alterations, barn conversions, loft conversions and new build houses are amongst some of the developments we have undertaken over the last decade. Full customer satisfaction is always our main goal.
To keep up with the growing trend for ECO housing and energy efficient properties, we are always training and implementing new systems to improve standards and are always open to clients and customers ideas on new technologies.
